Hi! I am the founder of Ethos Edge Innovations, a consulting firm built at the intersection of talent, technology, and transformation. As an AI consultant, sales strategist, and talent builder, I strive to help businesses streamline operations, reduce overhead, and drive sustainable growth through intelligent automation and aligned people systems.

With a diverse background spanning technical recruiting, B2C/B2B sales, business development, and SaaS consulting, I work with  startups, founders, and established organizations to implement scalable strategies that amplify results—not workloads. 

I founded Ethos Edge after witnessing too many companies rely on hustle without building the systems to support long-term success. My mission is clear: equip leaders with smart tools and scalable frameworks so they can build, grow, and lead with confidence in an AI-powered world.  

I help businesses streamline hiring, onboarding, and team operations—while improving communication, lead flow, and overall productivity. With the right AI tools, companies can unlock new revenue, make better decisions, and create space for real innovation.

AI doesn’t replace people—it amplifies them

Outside of consulting, I’m a proud mom to two athletic kids, a former Division I soccer player turned coach, and the keeper of a lively backyard filled with a 215 lb. English Mastiff, two ragdoll cats, and a flock of chickens. I’m passionate about building both a strong body and a strong mind—balancing fitness, leadership, and the occasional late-night escape into a good paranormal romance novel.
